Description

Lead technical projects and manage delivery timelines for engineering teams. You will own the project lifecycle from planning to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans in collaboration with relevant team members.
• Supervise team members to ensure all project deadlines are met.
• Maintain the project budget and identify necessary resource requirements.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Oversee the implementation of project improvements and enforce health and safety protocols.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing technical projects involving JAVA technology.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems effectively under pressure.
• High level of attention to detail and computer literacy.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
