Responsibilities

• Manage multiple integrated projects with a heavy technical focus.
• Write detailed user stories and test scripts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Implement process improvements and best practices in project delivery.
• Build relationships across all levels of the organization to drive results.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing complex, highly integrated technical projects.
• Proven experience writing user stories and test scripts.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working within global, matrixed organizational structures.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage high complexity and ambiguity.
• Experience in program management or IT project management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Any Graduate).
• Experience with large-scale, global project delivery.
