Description

You will manage complex technical projects involving multiple vendors and intricate software integrations, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while establishing full-scale project plans that map integration points and dependencies.
• Direct cross-functional teams and external vendors, managing resource allocation, task assignment, and performance.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor status to provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, facilitate quality audits, and develop Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP) as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on technical implementations and vendor management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
• Proven experience with software package implementations and managing complex technical dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365.
