Description

Drive product delivery and ensure continuous value flow to customers and the business.

Responsibilities

• Own rolling roadmap planning, including estimation, resource planning, budgeting, and change management within a lean model.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, stand-ups, and project updates to maintain visibility and coordination across multi-functional teams.
• Manage work-in-progress (WIP) closely to mitigate impediments, eliminate external blockers, and resolve internal roadblocks.
• Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Product, UX, and Cloud Operations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Report project health metrics, status, and action items to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and teams in a global environment.
• Experience managing onshore-offshore projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management.
• Any Graduate degree.
