Description

Lead technical programs and product management initiatives for retail POS systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects and product lifecycles from inception to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Execute delivery using SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks to ensure strict deadline adherence.
• Apply analytical skills to drive technical decision-making.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Direct experience managing Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Proven background in the retail industry.
• Proficiency in SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional team collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership in influencing organizational stakeholders.
• Expertise in project prioritization and deadline management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
