Lead large teams building complex hardware and software-intensive systems in mission-critical environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse teams of employees and vendors, overseeing finance, delivery, scope, and risk.
• Execute program management tasks including scheduling, staffing, quality assurance, and contract management.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, vendor proposals, scope of work, and project management plans.
• Prepare Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) exercises for vendor evaluations and Proof of Concept (POC) exercises.
• Establish program management processes and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills

• 12+ years of work experience in project management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to lead customer, vendor, and executive-level presentations and meetings.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines under tight timeframes.
• Willingness to conduct site visits across the five boroughs of NYC several days a month.
• Ability to report to the NYC office at least one day per week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
