Description

You will orchestrate technical monitoring and reporting for AI features through hypercare and BAU phases, ensuring seamless handover to GSD/HS Ops teams. You will own go-live processes, manage Helpshift MT specialists, and drive proactive spend management as the primary contact for AI service provision.

Responsibilities

• Retrain, retune, and prompt engines based on consolidated client feedback and feature requirements.
• Ensure client data meets sufficient quality and quantity standards for tuned engine performance.
• Track detailed client rollout plans aligned with CSM prioritization and technical deployment needs.
• Provide comprehensive performance and quality reporting to success, product engineering, and leadership stakeholders.
• Manage change requirements, technology escalations, and incidents across Player Engagement and Keywords teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS live phases.
• Proven ability to plan and track multiple parallel workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience with AI technologies, specifically prompt engineering and data quality requirements.
• Strong Agile Delivery background with Advanced Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and ability to explain metrics to wider audiences.
• Effective Stakeholder Management and Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with People Management and managing external vendor teams.
