You will lead and manage technical projects from scoping through delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, tracking progress, resolving issues, and reporting status.
• Develop project plans, schedules, estimations, and manage risk and change.
• Guide Scrum Teams on Agile practices and facilitate all Scrum events including Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, and Retrospective.
• Resolve team impediments, manage scope expectations, and proactively communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Define project roles, identify stakeholders, and lead effective project kickoffs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum framework artifacts and techniques.
• Proficiency in Project Management, Agile Methodologies, and SDLC.
• Experience using JIRA and Microsoft Project.
• Experience creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for pre-sales estimation.
• Proven ability to manage scope and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
• Techno-managerial background with experience across various platforms and languages.
