Lead complex technical development programs from initiation through operationalization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables by collaborating with stakeholders to align with strategic vision.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with vendors, business teams, and technology teams to ensure delivery within scope and budget.
• Facilitate communication between technical staff and senior management to align business goals and escalate issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in programming and project management, ideally in healthcare or payer services.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex technical programs involving data management, engineering, warehousing, analytics, or systems integration.
• Experience delivering technical programs using Waterfall and Agile Scrum frameworks throughout the SDLC.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, AI/ML, and AWS services.
• Strong understanding of data quality and information systems.
• Competency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of agile principles and practices within an agile environment.
