Description

You will own the evaluation, design, and optimization of the sales content ecosystem, building scalable systems for content management and retrieval to support sales and pre-sales teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current sales content ecosystem, including RFI/RFP responses and training materials, to identify structural gaps and ownership issues.
• Design and implement a scalable content management and retrieval system using structured organization and standardization.
• Standardize templates and frameworks for proposal development to reduce inefficiencies and improve consistency.
• Establish structured formats for sales collateral, ensuring alignment with evolving client needs.
• Map key workflows and dependencies across sales, solutions, research, and marketing teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in similar project leadership roles.
• Proven track record in content management system design and implementation.
• Experience with RFI/RFP process optimization and sales enablement strategies.
• Strong ability to map complex workflows and identify operational dependencies.
• Expertise in standardizing documentation and sales collateral across multiple teams.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting onboarding processes through structured content organization.
• Background in sales or pre-sales technical environments.
