Description

You will drive complex technical projects within the IT Services group, focusing on site buildouts, relocations, telecommunications, AV solutions, and operational work.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and track project plans including milestone schedules, scope, resource plans, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Execute agile ceremonies and manage projects within a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment.
• Collaborate with IT and business program owners to identify accurate resource estimates.
• Work with the Build Director to support key planning strategies and utilize project data to improve efficiency.
• Capture and distribute meeting notes, action items, and inter-team communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience focusing on IT Infrastructure corporate buildouts and relocations.
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception through implementation.
• Experience leading projects in Corporate Buildouts, Telecom, AV, and Network initiatives.
• Background in Infrastructure PM work, including Network engineering, ITSM, Helpdesk, or Security.
• Proficiency with project and demand planning tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Jira, Innotas, or Planview.
• Extensive experience managing budgets.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills for interacting with various organizational levels.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including architecture, QA, release, and engineering.
