Description

Lead complex IT projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating multi-team efforts and vendor contracts to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project outcomes across all phases, including planning, execution, control, and closeout for large-scale initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT management, vendors, and contractors to align staffing, resources, and contract deliverables.
• Facilitate design workshops and document requirements and use cases for multi-functional technical teams.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and risk registers while communicating progress via defined metrics.
• Oversee test objectives, plans, and cases to validate delivery quality and timeline adherence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing large multi-stream IT projects valued at $10M or greater.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure delivery, including networking, physical plant, and site provisioning.
• Strong background in vendor management and managing high-stakes projects within a PMO governance framework.
• Expertise in both Scaled Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• PMP Certification required.
• Agile Scrum Master and SAFe® Scrum Master Certifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including Project Server, Visio, and Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, MIS, Project Management, or Finance/Business.
