Description

You will drive the delivery of complex technology projects by managing the full Software Development Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage all SDLC phases from requirements gathering and design through to testing and deployment.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and remove impediments to progress.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to communicate status, risks, and issues.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in technology project management.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Master's degree.
