Description

Lead retailer implementation projects to ensure successful onboarding and deployment of Fulfillment as a Service (FaaS) solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end onboarding experiences for retail partners, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess risks, define project scope, and prepare management tools.
• Manage project team activities to ensure task completion aligns with strategic goals and schedules.
• Develop and maintain transparent project documentation for technical and business stakeholders.
• Oversee rigorous testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to champion solution quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise-level software projects to external clientele.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional dependencies and troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Experience managing complex software solutions and technical frameworks.
• Ability to navigate difficult customer messaging and apply strategic pressure to meet objectives.
• Expertise in facilitating productive internal and external meetings.
• Strong ability to create processes and assets that drive project clarity.
• Experience using data-driven methods to influence customer and team decisions.
• Proficiency in ASAP, PMP, and SCM.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work closely with Engineering and Product Managers to manage risk and develop detailed work plans.
• Partner with technical and operational teams to refine roll-out strategies and post-launch support plans.
