You will manage the end-to-end technical recruitment lifecycle to align talent acquisition with project requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and delivery managers to identify resource gaps and technical requirements.
• Source suitable profiles by promoting openings on GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical forums.
• Screen candidates to evaluate communication skills, professional history, and technical suitability.
• Conduct workshops at engineering schools and technology institutes to engage with prospective talent.

Required Skills

• Experience sourcing talent through GitHub and Stack Overflow.
• Proficiency using application tracking systems.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and delivery managers to elicit requirements.
• Experience conducting candidate screenings and communication assessments.
• Background in performing reference and background verification checks.
• Ability to analyze and report hiring data to leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology Management, Engineering Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
