Description

You will manage the full life-cycle recruiting workflow for software professionals within the US IT domain.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit software professionals through head hunting, networking, references, and online resources.
• Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates through technical and HR interview processes.
• Manage candidate negotiations, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to close open positions and maintain a quality database of active and passive job seekers.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting for the US IT market.
• Direct experience with W-2 contracts and contract-to-hire placements.
• Proven track record hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, H1-B, and EAD professionals nationwide.
• Strong command of IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Storage related technologies.
• Advanced Boolean search skills and cold calling proficiency.
• Ability to assess candidate capabilities, needs, and long-term career goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C2C placements.
