Description

Lead technical talent acquisition within the Semiconductor and VLSI domains.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to onboarding, owning account management and stakeholder communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted networking and sourcing strategies to identify specialized engineering talent.
• Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for VLSI roles.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires.
• Maintain strong professional networks within the semiconductor industry.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Deep domain expertise in Semiconductor Design and the VLSI space.
• Proven track record in candidate screening and interviewing.
• Experience with IT Recruitment workflows.
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes.
• Strong account management capabilities.
