You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through social platforms and professional networks.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, resumes, and contact details using the Applicant Tracking System.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in Product, Captive, or Startup-based hiring.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in sourcing via social platforms and professional networks.
• Ability to manage screening calls and technical assessments.
• Any Graduate degree.
