Description

You manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles based in Hyderabad.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define selection criteria and provide regular progress updates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct technical screenings and coordinate panel interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Facilitate onboarding processes in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment and technical sourcing.
• Deep understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
• Expertise using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.
• Experience managing background checks and pre-employment compliance.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
