You manage the end-to-end technical recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate IT professionals for technical roles.
• Manage the hiring process from job posting through to onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit, and negotiate offers.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting within IT staffing.
• Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS platforms.
• Proven ability to source candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
• Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a PST shift.
