Description

You manage the end-to-end technical recruitment lifecycle for IT roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate IT professionals across multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Manage the hiring process from job posting through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical competence and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients to align on role requirements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting within IT staffing.
• Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS platforms.
• Proven ability to source candidates across diverse channels.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a PST shift.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
