Description

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions and extensions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, and HCM REST APIs.
• Develop custom workflows, Fast Formulas, and extensions via HCM Design Studio, Page & Application Composer, and Visual Builder Studio.
• Design ad-hoc BIP and OTBI reporting solutions for complex business queries.
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage Oracle Support engagements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and its modules.
• Deep expertise in HDL, HCM Extracts, and HCM REST APIs.
• Advanced proficiency in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, and Fast Formulas.
• Experience with Page & Application Composer and Visual Builder Studio.
• Functional expertise in Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HCM Cloud Security and Oracle BICC Extracts/PVOs.
• Hands-on experience with Redwood UI.
