Description

You will lead the management, configuration, and extension of Microsoft Dynamics applications and deployed configurations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and applications.
• Create and modify views, entities, and reports in development environments before publishing to production.
• Manage system security by creating and updating Dynamics security roles and business units.
• Develop and modify Power Automate flows and manage CRM solution file exports and imports across environments.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform day-to-day administration, and monitor application performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and administration.
• Deep expertise in Business Process Flows (BPFs), Workflows, Forms Customization, Views, and Reports.
• Proven experience with Business Units, Security Groups, Teams, and Console Jobs.
• Hands-on experience with CDS, PowerApps, and Azure.
• Technical proficiency with Exchange/O365 and CRM integration development.
• Experience managing managed solutions from Dev to UAT and Production environments.
• Ability to perform business and workflow process modeling.
• Strong background in system administration and rapid application development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using XRMToolBox.
