Description

You will lead the design, development, and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for NC DHHS. You own the full lifecycle from requirement refinement to production deployment, ensuring system stability and business alignment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, business process flows, and portals.
• Implement and manage integrations with external systems, Azure, PowerApps, and Exchange/O365.
• Configure security roles, views, reports, and dashboards; manage solution export/import across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform administrative tasks, and optimize Dynamics for business goals.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to plan enhancements, estimate efforts, and monitor delivery quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and support.
• Deep expertise in CRM best practices, entities/tables, configurations, and web resources.
• Proficiency in Power Automate (Flows), PowerApps, and Reporting/Dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of Azure integration and external application connectivity.
• Experience with system administration, tenant-level changes, and business process modeling.
• Ability to work independently under tight timelines with senior executives and IT personnel.
