Description

You will manage the architecture, design, and operational support of unified lab environments, ensuring network security and IP connectivity standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop unified lab design, architecture, and planning strategies through cross-functional collaboration.
• Evolve lab IP and network security architecture in coordination with IP Engineering teams.
• Provide end-to-end IP connectivity support and manage IP address spaces for the unified network lab.
• Maintain full inventory of IP flows, design documentation, and testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot existing environments, implement corrective actions, and ensure network security standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications focusing on network technologies and operational support systems.
• Deep knowledge of IP standards: LAN/WAN, L2/L3 Ethernet switching, IP routing (OSPF, BGP), Multicast, MPLS, Data centre IP Fabric, and VxLAN.
• Experience with Network Security: Firewalls, IPSec VPN, RADIUS, TACACS, AAA, DHCP, DNS, and Load balancers.
• Understanding of Wireline and Wireless 3GPP (4G/5G) standards.
• Familiarity with virtualization and containerization: VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• Proficiency with test equipment: spectrum analyzers, optical meters, and LAN test equipment.
• Knowledge of datacenter fundamentals: AC/DC power, HVAC, and thermal load.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical, Computer, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Networking certifications from Cisco, Juniper, or Arista.

Preferred Skills

• Strong logical diagramming, presentation, and communication skills.
