Description

You own technical delivery and support for application systems, managing deployments and acting as the liaison between customers and internal teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy application components across various environments and manage SSO configuration.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical teams during deployment.
• Manage multiple complex projects, prioritizing deliverables and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor system health using Splunk and analyze processes to implement best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT experience, including application setup and deployment.
• 2+ years of experience in Application Integration design and system architecture.
• 2+ years working across the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in System Integration and SAML protocols.
• Proficiency with Network Security, MS Server, and VPN technologies.
• Experience utilizing Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OIDC implementation or SFTP setup.
• Familiarity with Citrix/VDI environments or Front End Web Service architecture.
