Description

Provide technical assistance and hardware maintenance in a service desk environment. Own the resolution of hardware, software, and equipment issues to maintain workstation performance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and equipment issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, Macs, and peripheral equipment.
• Diagnose unique software and operating system problems.
• Manage trouble tickets and provide customer assistance using Active Directory and remote access tools.
• Ensure systems follow company policy and maintain virus protection.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience providing technical support via phone and deskside.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Office 365 and SharePoint, including training new users.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting BitLocker Encryption on laptops.
• Working knowledge of Dell laptops, VoIP phones, and ticketing systems.
• Competency with Active Directory and desktop computing equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Technical degree, Associate degree, or IT Certification.
