Description

You will resolve complex database and infrastructure issues for enterprise customers in mission-critical environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance for large-scale data platforms.
• Own incident management and resolution for high-priority customer issues.
• Investigate system bottlenecks and optimize performance to deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong background in Database Administration and Infrastructure Management.
• Proven experience in Enterprise Support and Technical Support roles.
• Ability to manage incidents and engage directly with customers.
• Experience supporting mission-critical environments and large-scale data platforms.
