Description

You resolve technical issues for enterprise customers and partners via the support portal and inbound call queue.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and optimize Linux/Unix (LAMP) servers, networking, PKI, virtualization, and SaaS/cloud services.
• Provide expert support for Mobile Device Management (MDM) across Apple iOS/MacOS, Android, and Windows devices.
• Partner with product, engineering, and customer teams to streamline incident resolution.
• Lead efforts to maintain service quality during system outages and escalations.
• Advise customers on best practices for deploying and securing Ivanti products.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years’ experience in enterprise IT support or equivalent role.
• Proven hands-on troubleshooting skills in Linux/Unix systems and LAMP stack.
• Strong experience with MDM solutions for Apple, Android, and Windows.
• Practical knowledge of SaaS/cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Docker), microservices, and B2B customer support.
• Proficiency with Linux/unix, Lamp Stack, Aws, Azure, Docker, Microservices.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
