Description

You will provide technical support for Oracle Linux and its components, diagnosing, debugging, and resolving customer-reported issues. You will partner with customers, internal support teams, and developers to close technical gaps while maintaining high service quality through continuous skill development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues within the Oracle Linux product family.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to close technical gaps and ensure resolution.
• Maintain high service quality through continuous technical skill development.
• Work on a 24/7 rotational shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of Oracle databases.
• Understanding of Java Database Connectivity (JDBC).
• Proficiency in debugging complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with IT service management and ITIL business processes.
• Understanding of development methodologies, version control, and configuration management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
