You own the full documentation lifecycle for software and hardware products, from creation to publishing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain technical documentation using CCMS (Dita).
• Curate and review AI-generated content for accuracy and quality.
• Manage documentation workflows using Jira and Confluence.
• Structure content for reuse and promote best practices like SEO and analytics.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical writing for software and hardware products.
• Proven experience writing documentation in CCMS (Dita).
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of content structure, reuse, SEO, and analytics.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
