You will document technical and non-technical processes to support an enterprise-wide Azure migration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to organize and draft structured documentation for internal teams.
• Consolidate information from various departments into cohesive deliverables.
• Produce user guides, admin guides, job aids, process flows, and reference materials.
• Create systematic documentation that supports cloud-based project transitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Experience working with cloud-based projects or Azure environments.
• Proficiency in Business Analytics.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into structured deliverables.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience documenting process flows and reference materials.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
