You will produce high-quality technical documentation supporting products, services, and internal processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear user guides, API documentation, developer guides, system manuals, and release notes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to plan documentation projects and gather technical information.
• Organize and structure content logically to ensure ease of navigation and retrieval.
• Review and edit documents for grammar, clarity, consistency, and style guide adherence.
• Create visual elements including diagrams, screenshots, and illustrations to enhance understanding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical writing experience.
• Experience writing API and developer documentation.
• Ability to create visual elements and technical illustrations.
• Proficiency in developing FAQs and knowledge base content.
• Experience using version control systems, content management systems, and authoring tools.
• Ability to research and document complex technical concepts and features.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 3+ years tenure in similar technical writing roles.
