Description

You will produce high-quality technical documentation that supports products, services, and internal processes by communicating complex concepts to end-users, developers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear user guides, API documentation, developer guides, system manuals, and release notes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to plan documentation projects and gather information.
• Organize and structure content logically to ensure ease of navigation and retrieval.
• Create visual elements including diagrams, screenshots, and illustrations to enhance documentation.
• Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product and service changes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Proven ability to document network and account management areas.
• Experience with API documentation and familiarity with RESTful API concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar authoring tools.
• Experience using version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
• Solid understanding of software development processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or equivalent technical writing experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on coding experience.
