Description

You will produce high-quality technical documentation supporting products, services, and internal processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Produce user guides, API documentation, developer guides, system manuals, and release notes.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather requirements.
• Organize and structure technical content logically for ease of navigation.
• Review and edit documents for grammar, clarity, consistency, and style adherence.
• Create visual elements including diagrams, screenshots, and illustrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe FrameMaker or similar authoring tools.
• Experience writing documentation for network and account management areas.
• Practical experience with API documentation and RESTful API concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience using content management systems.
• Solid understanding of software development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to research and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Experience developing context-sensitive help, online FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
