Description

You will document strategic technology strategies for the Office of the CTO, translating complex architecture into clear, polished content. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive documentation including technology handbooks, solution architectures, and architecture patterns.
• Research, outline, and edit application and systems documentation based on technical requirements.
• Evaluate existing content and implement methods for documentation improvement.
• Collaborate with Chief Architects, Principal Architects, Distinguished Engineers, and Product Managers to capture technical insights.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Proven experience documenting highly technical fields such as software development, computer science, or engineering.
• Ability to work with architects, engineers, and systems analysts to capture technical insights.
• Experience writing for diverse audiences, from engineers to project managers.
• Proficiency with SharePoint.
• Experience with UI documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
