You will own the end-to-end creation of technical content, translating complex system designs into clear, accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Interview Architects to extract technical specifications and system designs.
• Produce well-written, technically accurate documentation and manuals from scratch.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible manuals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of technical content creation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Proven ability to write technical documentation and manuals.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting technical systems.
• Experience working with Job Access With Speech (JAWS).
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big Data technologies.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies.
