Translate complex infrastructure engineering concepts into clear documentation and visual diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Transform engineering content into user guides, manuals, and technical references.
• Meet with customer representatives to establish technical specifications and content requirements.
• Create visual diagrams and architectural schemas for network flows, data restoration, and build sequencing.
• Design schematic representations to demonstrate technical maturity to regulators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing within the technology industry.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure, including data centers, servers, databases, networks, and firewalls.
• Experience documenting virtual machines, containers, and identity/access management (IAM).
• Ability to visualize complex ideas regarding storage, compute, and logging/monitoring.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to interpret highly technical information and convert it into simple language.
• Experience creating network diagrams and infrastructure designs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering high-quality documentation within tight timelines.
