Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements to increase documentation efficiency and reduce time-to-delivery.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software documentation.
• Proven track record documenting big data, data management, logistics, and banking systems.
• Expertise in API documentation and creating online help resources.
• Proficiency in scriptwriting, video production, and video editing for technical content.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
