You will produce high-quality documentation for cloud-native SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and develop technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers and R&D teams to document SaaS products.
• Review white papers, spec sheets, and technical marketing materials.
• Write and maintain documentation using Markdown.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of technical writing experience.
• Proficiency with Markdown or other markup languages.
• Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of systems, storage, and software concepts.
• Ability to document complex technical products.
• High attention to detail in documentation planning and execution.
