Description

Lead restoration, preservation, and repair of classic Porsche models to factory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive restoration on engines, transmissions, bodywork, electrical systems, and suspension components.
• Lead Sonderwunsch Factory Re-Commission projects by coordinating with internal body, paint, and upholstery shops.
• Execute major and minor maintenance services, including tire and wheel changes.
• Manage project lifecycles by creating cost estimates, planning work procedures, and performing final quality reviews.
• Diagnose vehicle errors using customary diagnostic tools or PIWIS diagnostic tools.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Porsche Technician.
• Proficiency with PET2.
• Experience using Dealer Management Systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet challenging deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Expertise in reading test reports, maintenance orders, and technical manuals.
• Capability to work independently without close supervision.
• High level of organization and a target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Automotive technical degree.
• Porsche Gold Master Technician Certification.
• Porsche Classic Technician Certification.
