Description

You will act as a subject matter expert for Workday Payroll and HCM implementations, leading discovery and design sessions to gather complex business requirements. You will recommend industry best practices for Workday Payroll and Time processes while managing end-to-end payroll business processes, including earnings, deductions, taxation, and job codes. You will configure and maintain payroll interfaces and calculations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure all service level agreements are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions to gather complex business requirements.
• Recommend industry best practices for Workday Payroll and Time processes.
• Manage end-to-end payroll business processes, including earnings, deductions, taxation, and job codes.
• Configure and maintain payroll interfaces and calculations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all service level agreements are met.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Workday environments.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience across Workday modules including Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Absence, and Talent.
• Deep functional knowledge of US and Canada Workday payroll processes.
• Proven experience managing payroll calculations and interfaces.
• Ability to work across different US time zones.
• Strong client interaction and communication skills.
• Degree in any field.

• Workday Payroll certifications.
