Description

You will act as a hands-on solution architect for Oracle HCM implementations, owning end-to-end project deliverables and accountability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions across Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, and Benefits.
• Manage the evaluation and transition process to Oracle Redwood UI.
• Execute technical configurations using Fast Formula, HCM extracts, and BI reports.
• Own end-to-end project deliverables and accountability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll and OTL modules.
• Deep knowledge of Core HR and Benefits modules.
• Proficiency with Fast Formula development.
• Experience building HCM extracts and BI reports.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud techno-functional components.
