Description

You will act as a solution architect for end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, owning all project deliverables from start to finish.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions across Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, and Benefits modules.
• Manage the evaluation and transition process to the Oracle Redwood UI.
• Configure and implement techno-functional components within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
• Build HCM extracts and BI reports.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll and OTL modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Benefits and Core HR.
• Proficiency in writing and implementing Fast Formula.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll components.
• Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership.
• Degree in any graduate field.
