You will lead global Workday process standardization programs to ensure harmonization across multiple geographies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Workday process standardization, defining governance, roadmaps, templates, and rollout plans.
• Manage vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional HR and IT stakeholders.
• Design standardized global processes and configurations that balance consistency with local statutory needs.
• Oversee integrations between Workday and downstream systems including Payroll, Finance, and Identity/Access Management.
• Direct system testing, including SIT and UAT, data validation, and cutover activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of HRIS or IT project management experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday implementation or process design experience.
• Subject matter expertise in Core HCM.
• Functional knowledge of Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
• Experience managing global stakeholders, vendors, and SI partners.
• Proven track record in global HR process harmonization and standardization projects.
• Experience designing interfaces, data flows, and reporting frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Prince2, or Workday certification.
