You will support and maintain a portfolio of hardware and software technologies within hybrid cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues across AWS Cloud, operating systems, applications, and network layers.
• Own application support, remediate findings, and implement automation and new tools.
• Manage technology lifecycles, including product evaluation, integration, and vendor analysis.
• Develop technical standards, policies, and desktop procedures to guide operational units.
• Mentor less experienced staff and provide technical guidance on infrastructure assignments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with relevant technologies and processes.
• 3+ years of direct experience supporting specific technologies and products in scope.
• Deep expertise with AWS Cloud.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD skillsets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong research, technical documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications.
• Experience with Azure Boards and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of networking and container management.
