Description

You will lead technical architecture and design across the full software development life cycle within the retail domain.

Responsibilities

• Define application architecture and high-level design artifacts for scalable, resilient microservices and serverless systems.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and develop proof of concepts to validate proposed solutions.
• Guide development teams and act as the primary technical communication link between clients and offshore teams.
• Execute cloud migration strategies, including application modernization and data migration.
• Develop integration blueprints and roadmaps focusing on scalability, performance, and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Deep expertise with AWS services including Lambda, Athena, Glue, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS, Step Functions, EventBridge, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns such as RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and gRPC.
• Experience writing Infrastructure as Code.
• Practical understanding of DevOps practices and observability tools.
• Experience with requirements elicitation and architectural design.
• Domain experience in the retail sector.
• Degree in any graduate discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing data integration pipelines using AWS Glue, AWS Data Pipeline, or Kafka.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies.
