Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade Pega applications.
• Design and implement headless Pega architectures with decoupled UI frameworks.
• Develop and integrate applications using Pega DX API (DXAPI) for API-driven user interface implementations.
• Define solution architecture aligned with enterprise technology standards and business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including design reviews, development guidance, and deployment support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Establish architecture best practices, governance, and coding standards for Pega implementations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend optimal solutions.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Pega headless implementation (UI decoupled architecture).
• Hands-on expertise with Pega DX API (DXAPI) for API-driven UI integration.
• Strong background in solution design, enterprise architecture, and architecture alignment.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise Pega implementations.
• Deep understanding of enterprise-grade application architecture, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Pega technologies.
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale Pega solution architecture and delivery.

Preferred Domain Experience

• Manufacturing

Mandatory Certification

• Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) or Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is mandatory
