Description

You will design and implement secure, scalable Google Cloud Platform environments aligned with a multi-cloud strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build GCP environments hosted in Canada, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and multi-cloud architecture.
• Implement secure, compliant GCP services with modern security controls and automated compliance checks.
• Automate delivery pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code deployments to accelerate onboarding and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure implementation across the solution lifecycle.
• Produce reusable patterns for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities, including required TRA and Privacy reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and architecting cloud solutions.
• Expert-level proficiency with GCP core services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM).
• Strong experience with Terraform or Deployment Manager for Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Strong background in designing secure access controls, IAM policies, firewalls, VPNs, and private connectivity.
• Demonstrated project leadership skills and adaptability to GCP environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to modern data platforms or analytics tooling (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc).
• Experience designing solutions that integrate generative AI or advanced automation.
