Good to Have Skills: Configuration management using Ansible and Ansible Tower, distributed identity management using SailPoint for managing Active Directory and EntraID users and groups, federated identity management using Okta as an OIDC provider, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and TFC via CD pipeline, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications, Azure AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals certification.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implementing and maintaining automation product and component solutions through software development, system configuration, and peer code reviews.
• Stewarding the software and automation COE through automation product design review to ensure alignment to implementation intentions and reuse of existing components.
• Providing support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for issues affecting automation that is currently in production environments.
• Developing ADO YAML pipelines and GitHub Actions pipelines with GitHub Workflows for both continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Creating and maintaining backend APIs and console applications using programming languages and development frameworks.
• Managing API endpoints using Azure APIM or MuleSoft CloudHub for publishing and securing application programming interfaces.
• Working with Azure cloud technologies including App Services, Cosmos DB, Data Factory, Function Apps, Key Vaults, and SQL databases.
• Implementing centralized and federated identity management using Active Directory, EntraID users and groups, and OpenID Connect protocols.

Experience Required: 8+ total years of professional working experience as an Automation, Cloud, DevOps, Software, or Systems engineer with combinations of experience in specified IT engineering disciplines.

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or another equivalent applicable STEM field. Master's degree preferred
